Some simple implicit models to demonstrate the fact that implicitly represented geometric objects are 3D printing ready. These examples show that an implicitly modeled geometric object can not only provide an exterior appearance of an object, but more importantly, it can be associated with a volumetric solid object to provide detailed descriptions about the object’s interior structure and material properties. a.
