Predictive performance of features including intratumoral region with CR and DLB models. The DLB model performed similarly to CR in the validation set. In the testing set, the DLB model outperformed CR in numerous metrics, including NPV, accuracy and YI. This indicates the DLB model might be more generalizable and less sensitive to pixel size differences. Note that the performance of the training set is not used for comparison due to overfitting concerns.
