Illustrations of image slices augmentation. a Image augmentation for the GABAB receptor antibody encephalitis. Four types of augmentation were performed on each original image slice, namely, maintaining the original image, vertical flip, horizontal flip, and a combination of vertical and horizontal flips; b Image augmentation for the LGI1 antibody encephalitis. One of four types of augmentation was performed on the original image slices from bottom to top sequentially, namely, maintaining the original image, vertical flip, horizontal flip, and a combination of vertical and horizontal flips. For (a) and (b), the images in top row were original image slices and the images in bottom row were augmented image slices. The Z values in the image slices indicate the MNI coordinates of axial image slices
